How to use: wet the applicator brush and rub it across the Beachy Brows product, then brush the product through the brows in an upright position. Once you have applied the product to both brows use the Brow Styling Brush dry to style the brows into the perfect brushed up, fluffy position.
 
NOTE: The Brow Styling Brush is NOT to be wet, it is for dry styling only.
